We gather people:
indigenous yellow white
black brown alien.
They come in diverse numbers wearing
jeans button-ups wigs
mile high club.
You, with your bindi your hijab,
your distinctiveness is too distinct
for the land our founders found –
I, who welcomes diversity in all its forms,
tried out the new kay-bob restaurant around the corner.
